Foreclosures in
Nevada County
REO, HUD, VA, IRS, & BANK OWNED
Foreclosure is the process in which a
bank or other secured creditor sells or repossesses real property after the
owner has failed to comply with an written agreement between the lender and borrower
called the "mortgage", or the "trust deed". Typically, there's been a
default in payment of a promissory note which was secured by a lien on the
property. When the process is complete, the bank then owns the property
and can sell that property for whatever price they find workable. Also called REO, Bank Owned, or Foreclosure, a buyer has a chance of getting these
properties at a great price. Nevada County Realty provides buyer
broker services for bank owned properties for the following areas: Grass Valley, Nevada City, Lake
Wildwood, Auburn, Alta Sierra, Rough & Ready, Penn Valley, Smartsville, Browns
Valley, Lake of the Pines, Foresthill, Meadow Vista, Weimar, Colfax, and all the
outlying rural areas of Nevada and Placer Counties. |
