When offers come in we represent your interest in obtaining the highest price and best terms for you, and contractually managing any counter offers and contingencies.
 
We minimize your after-sale risk, by providing disclosures that are recommended by the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and local Association of Realtors.
 
We coordinate the escrow, inspections, appraisal, lender, and legal documentation to guide the transaction to a successful closing.
