Nevada County Realty agents pay a low office fee of just $35 per month.


They receive:


1.     Very generous commission split.

2.     Use of the business names Nevada County Realty, Placer County Realty, and Community Realty Services.

3.     Are able to join Nevada County MLS, Metrolist, and Yuba Sutter MLS. 

4.     Reasonable use of a professional office to meet clients and conduct real estate business.

5.     Reasonable use of office phones, voice mail, fax, copier, and computer to conduct real estate business.

6.     Use of real estate signs.

7.     $1,000,000.00 E&O insurance coverage. 

8.     Commission is paid on the same day the commission check is received by the office, when possible.

9.     If floor time is desired it can be done at your home office or to your cell phone.

10.   No office meetings (online monthly report required)

11.   Promote their real estate business on a highly visible website network:



They need to pay for:


1.   MLS & Board Dues, NAR/CAR dues, MLS Keys, & Lockboxes for their listings.

2.   All their advertising costs, and flyers, for their listings.

3.   All costs associated with information packages for their Buyers.

4.   Any additional usage of the office, or amenities, outside of the reasonable use.

5.   Any cost of doing business not listed above
